For this assignment we were told to find an existing magazine ad that in our opinion could use some help. I would show you the original ad, but it’s nothing worth seeing. My thought process for this reincarnation of a Del Monte Guacamole ad was to show the freshness of the avocado. My design evolved over time from left to right. Although a picture of guacamole is not the most appealing looking thing, I thought why not acknowledge each ingredient alone to show their color and intricacy. To help show the vibrance and complexity of each ingredient that goes into Del Monte’s 100% fresh guacamole.
